Christmas for Soldiers
We have the unique opportunity to bless 515 of our U.S. Army soldiers this Christmas. There are the men and women served by our own David Morris as Chaplain. These fine men and women will be spending Christmas away from their families and David has asked us to help him spread a little Christmas cheer.
Here's what we are asking you to do:
Take a gallon Ziploc bag (or two or ten) and fill with treats. Each bag should contain a Christmas card and whatever treats you think the soldier might enjoy. David suggests beef jerky, chocolates, caramels, Oreos, etc.
Filled bags will be collected behind the information table in the main lobby through Sunday, November 25th. We'll place and HCBC label on each bag and David will distribute them to the soldiers he serves for Christmas.
